Issue 10: are there Earthquakes on Mars?

The answer is yes. There’re Earthquakes on Mars. That’s why in 2018 NASA launched a robotic lander called Insight to measure and study its deep, complex interior structure. The instrument was manufactured by Lockheed Martin Space Systems and is managed by NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, but most of its scientific body parts were built by European agencies. Insight landed on Mars on the 26th of November 2018, its tasks are to place and move a seismometer, which scans Mars’s seismic activities and provides accurate 3D models of the planet’s interior. The instrument has been active on Mars ever since.
